Distribution Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Drive sales with the assigned distributor channel
  • Identify new distributor channels
  • Planning and implementation of sales targets
  • Planning and implementation of the regional sales strategy
  • Leadership and development of the distributor
  • Provision of regular, accurate and detailed forecasts and reports
  • Support programs with engineering, supply chain and marketing
  • Work on global pricing strategies
  • Ensures consistent procedures across the organization
  • Strategic marketing and competitive product analysis & strong interaction with sales, application and product management (R&D team)

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master´s Degree in relevant discipline (Mechatronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
  • Distributor Management Know-how
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of and significant experience within encoder, motors or control industry or at least mechatronic components
  • Experience of customer management with OEMs
  • Experience is successfully leading a sales team
  • You like to work in group with high pioneer spirit and sales/customer orientation
